You are also provided a phone number to use to report a site down emergency, however it is at the discretion of our support team if the response will be a return call in addition to a helpdesk ticket.
We also may provide live chat, live support, and "Go to Assist" assistance on an as needed basis.
All support requests should be sent to the helpdesk by opening a ticket in the system or sending an email to help.
