There are three ways that we transfer your site over to our server:
- If you current host uses cpanel software, we can do a direct cpanel to cpanel transfer. All that we need for you to do is to open a helpdesk ticket with your old host's login information.
- If a cpanel to cpanel transfer is not possible, then a backup of your site from the old provider needs to be transferred over to our server. We will then restore the backup onto your new account.
- If cpanel to cpanel transfer and/or a backup cannot be made, then if you provide us with the login information for your ftp account on the old host via a helpdesk ticket, we will manually copy everything over.
