Frequently Asked Questions About Our Hosting and Reseller Services

Below are a few of the more commonly asked questions regarding the services offered by Consulting Mode. If you are unable to find an answer to your question(s), please feel free to contact our Sales Department .

(1) Do you allow adult rated material on your servers?

Under no circumstances do we allow any adult material on our servers. Anyone hosting such material will quickly be suspended and/or terminated with or without notification.

(2) What payment options to you accept?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, Check, and Money Order.

Reminder on all payments being made by Check and Money order. These payment methods have to be received and clear in our bank prior to your due date. Any delays could result in suspension.

(3) Is there a minimum time contract?

We do not have any contracts or commitments with our Shared hosting plans. This is why we offer the month-to-month payment option to all our customers along with our 30-day money back guarantee.

If for any reason you not satisfied with our services in the first 30 days of signing up, you may cancel and receive a full refund on the hosting portion of your account. Any domain or template purchases can not be refunded, however you did buy them, so they are yours to take with you.

(4) Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

Absolutely. We offer a 30-day, no hassle, money back guarantee on all services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service, you may cancel and receive a complete refund.

Domains are not included in the refund, however you did purchase them so they are yours to keep.

(5) How soon until my account is ready to use?

Your web hosting account will be activated and ready to use within 6 hours or 1 business day if not sooner. This allows us time to run Fraud checks to prevent stolen credit card orders and possible malicious attacks on our servers.

A "Welcome E-Mail" will be sent out to the address registered containing your account information, IP address, nameservers, username, and password. Once received you will be able to login and begin uploading files.

(6) Do you register domains?

Yes we do. Consulting Mode provides domain registration that starts at only $12.95 per year.

(7) Will you place banners on my site?

Not at all. Consulting Mode will not place any banners belonging to our company or any other on your site. This goes for text links as well.

(8) Will Consulting Mode help me move my site from another provider?

Our staff will be more than happy to assist you with the transfer of all your accounts from your previous provider completely free of charge upon sign up (cPanel to cPanel preferred). When transferring accounts to our servers, the structure of your account will remain exactly the same. This means your files, email addresses, and databases will not be affected.

(9) What operating system do you run no your servers?

We currently only run Linux and all accounts utilize CPanel for complete site control and management.

(10) When are your staff available?

Our staff are here when you need us. Generally the Sales, Billing, and Customer Service Departments are available Monday through Saturday from 8 A.M. to 6 P.M. and our Technical Support Department is available around the clock, 24 hours a day.

However, Sales and Billing can still be reached during off hours by our support staff if the need arises and is considered urgent.
